This website presents Terra Firmae and offers contact channels. Below we describe plainly what happens to personal data while you browse.

What the website collects

The website has no forms, sign-up, advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools. The contact buttons only open your email app or WhatsApp with a suggested message; nothing is sent unless you confirm it in those apps.

Conversations started on WhatsApp are subject to that service's privacy rules, operated by Meta.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any web service, the infrastructure records technical access data, such as IP address, date, time and requested page, for operation, performance and security. The network infrastructure may set technical cookies strictly necessary to protect against abusive traffic.

Fonts, images and scripts are served by the website itself, without calls to external services.

Use of data you send

Data you send by email or WhatsApp is used to reply to your contact, prepare proposals when requested and perform contracted services, in compliance with legal and professional obligations. We do not sell or share data with mailing lists.

Your rights

Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018) guarantees, among others, the rights of confirmation, access, correction and deletion of data that does not need to be kept for legal or contractual reasons. To exercise them, use the contact above.
